Does anybody else feels tingling in certain areas of your body when you lose/put on weight or is it just me?

The tingling should be discussed with your doctor. It doesn't happen just with change in body weight. Good luck!

It could be some sort of vitamin deficiency. Do you take a daily multi?

Definitely have blood work to determine if you have a deficiency. It might be that easy.

Are you doing a new exercise? Where is the tingle at?

I get this numbness/ tingling sensation in random parts of my body (face, hands, feet, my back.. you get the idea), but mine is due to a medical condition I have. I do however have a tingling feeling after a good walk/run but that usually only last for about 3-5 minutes. If it's happening just at random you should see your doctor, get some blood work done and even a CAT scan. Best of luck!

It happens at random times id be laying in bed and my arm would tingle, i think of it as fat shrinking as this always happens to me when im losing weight, or when ive had a too much to eat consecutivley the same thing happens as im putting on weight as my fat stores expand. I dont think its anything thats wrong i just feel where i lose weight and put on weight

If you're not taking Beta Alanine, and it's not positional nerve impingement, I'd see a doctor.
