Calorie logging
Should I log in my food by ounces or cup/spoon measures? Which way seems more accurate to you all? I had tuna salad today made with avacado instead of mayo and wasn't sure of the best way to log it. BTW, using avacado (1/2 per 4 oz can of tuna) was pretty good!

Water
Sometimes I cannot handle a day of all water. Does anyone else use crystal light or similar products? My water intake is usually 2 bottles of 32 ozs. each. I will often use a "go pouch" of low cal powder to flavor one of the bottles. I cannot drink more water than that. Its my limit.

Chinese Restaurant
I'm visiting relatives this weekend and I know this will involve Chinese food. I need some ideas of what I could order that would make fairly good sense. No seafood however. Thanks!
