I'm so confused by this. My fit bit is synced to MFP. My calorie intake is 1200 and on my first week last week lost 5lbs. I'm on day 2 and doing great. Exercising plenty but not chomping the extra cals. What kinda meals are you having during the day. And do you split the cals over B /L/D ? Love to hear from you xx

No steps recorded for today
Yesterday i synnced my fitbit to MFP and it counted my steps as well as fitness. I have a desk job so today so far I have done 3002 steps and its not recorded on MFP yet it says its connected to my fitbit. Any ideas please? My fitbit
Hi. For some reason MFP is not picking up the 10k steps I've done today. I don't intend to eat the cals from it but would like them logged. Any ideas why yesterday it picked them up today it isnt. When I click in apps it says disconnect fitbit so clearly it's still 'synced Any help much appreciated I feel robbed lol xx

Hiya. After years of SW and target member 3 times I've decided to reinstall MFP and count cals. I have 9 weeks til my hols. I've put I want to lose 2lbs a week which gives me 1200 cals a day. This is my day. 1200 -1358 food +569 exercise = 411 remaining. I'm not planning on eating the remaining 411. Should I? Any help…
