Help. I am getting FRUSTRATED!
I cut out sugar 24 days ago. I was several cokes a day, and a duncan iced chocolate milk... i mean coffee. I have weighed, and measured everything, and started working out 15 days ago, the JM 30 day shred. My body hurts all over!!!! I have not lost 1 pound, or even a 1/2 inch... what am i doing wrong?
