Does anyone here work a rotating shift schedule?
I'm starting a different schedule tonight and I was wondering how easy/hard it is to transition your eating schedule into MFP before the day is completed by midnight? Any suggestions are welcome, thank you!

I finally hit my 35lb goal!
This morning marks my 35lb lost goal before the end of the month! I still have another 45lbs to go, but I think I found a routine that's taking me to where I want to be. My diary is always open for my friends to see, add me if you'd like!

Looking for some more motivation.
I've lost 28 lbs so far, but I'm still far away from my goal. I don't have many friends on MFP, and most of my FB friends don't seem to care that I'm bettering myself...so I'm just looking for some encouragement to continue doing what I'm doing. Add me if you like!
