The holidays are rough on everyone, the only advice I can give is don't give up and try to keep a positive attitude during these last few months of the year.

I'm almost 50 lbs down and still have around another 30lbs to go. I've been trying to get back on track fully with my routine, but with the holidays coming up...you all know how it goes. Add me and let's stay on this journey together!

Most places that I do eat at have their information on MFP : When I'm trying a new place, I try to compare it to others like it on the database. On that note : I'm working on not eating out as much and if it's not in the database, I don't eat it.

I recently hit my goal of losing 30lbs in 3 months, and then celebrated my loss...over a week. I'm not happy about it at all, but I got myself back on track and knew that I could do it again. You are your worst enemy, take control!

I eat right under 2000 calories a day, and my diary's always open. Feel free to add me!

I used to be really bad about stepping on the scale constantly, but I'm trying to control my bad habit to every Monday.

All it takes is time and determination!

Congratulations! I started around 285lbs a few months ago, and I'm down to 260lbs. I'm new to MFP, so I'm still getting the hang of everything.

Good luck! I know how you feel, I have around 45-50lbs more to lose. Take your time and don't rush into it, research and know your limits!

Good luck!

I wish I could work out before work, but it's hard when my alarm goes off at 4:30am to start getting ready for my shift. I work M-F and I'm usually in bed around 8:30pm-9:00pm just to get enough rest.
