So here's my story. 59 year old man who lost 188 lbs a few years ago using diet and exercise (weights and cardio) to change my lifestyle and physique. The last two years have been a struggle and I ballooned back up to 295. I'm down to 262 now and decided to seek support and to offer support to any who need. "Iron sharpens iron." Are you strong? In need of strength? Me too. Let's help each other.
