Estimates off can anyone help.
I have lost 4lb a week on average over 4 weeks. But I have gone slightly over my goal each week. My excercise estimates are just that (estimates) but surely that cant account for this difference. Can anyone check my log and suggest ideas for where i have miscalculated or estimated.

Is there a way to get the food diary to show a week or a months intake all together rather than the days separately. I would be interested to know how well I match the week overall without having to add them up individually.

Saving up calories
I have 600 calories remaining. I am going to have a drink tomorrow evening. Can I use these calories as extras tomorrow and still consider myself within my calorie limit? Does anyone do this?

How do you estimate calories burnt?
I played tennis this morning for a couple of hours. How do I estimate the calories spent? I put in the generic app measure for doubles and it said I burnt nearly 1000 calories. However I know the quality of tennis this morning was significantly weaker than I normally play and as such I wasn't stretched to run as much as…
