Well, it's weights day tomorrow

Tells me this gets better.
On a mission to get fit, Second day at the gym and new to this and found it tough going today but made it through. I'm starting with cardio to begin with but should I continue with cardio and then move onto weights or mix them both. Any advise welcome and friends to motivate me would be good.

Starting down the gym.
Started diet a few weeks ago and I have now just join the local gym. I'm determined to get fit again. A bit nervous / embarrassed about being the fat man in the room surrounded by super fit people. 60 pounds to lose, need friends and support to keep me going down the gym.
