How are you stocking up on healthy food? Are you evacuating? Do you think it will be like Alison 2001?
I just started walking at the gym and watching my diet. Cutting carbs and sugar. I have high blood pressure and I don't know what is going on with my body right now. I go to sleep fine then wake up at 1 or 2 and can't go back to sleep! I'm miserable. Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?
I just joined a gym and started walking on the "weight loss" setting. I kept hearing some kind of motor sound often and I was looking around trying to figure out what it was.
