I keep myself fairly fit running and working. I cook for a living...for now. Fit is it.
Even just a couple of miles of light (11min/mi)running aday keeps me much happier and fit. I need to get my motivation up to start light weights again after being laid up with an injury for a while.
I used to have 85 or so more pounds on my frame. But at 6'3 it was "but you're tall though". Quitting drinking is the biggest part of breaking my weight problems. Pair that with being a runner and I stay fairly slender now.
