Hi Everyone, I was doing Atkins diet for 3 months b4 the summer and lost 10KG but I stopped doing it over the summer as I was on holiday and put it all back on within 4wks. So its defo not sustainably. MyFitnessPal looks like a great way to sustain my weight once ive lost it. Here's hoping
