The dreaded plateau
I’ve hit a plateau for the last month. To try and bust through, I’m attempting a fast mimicking diet for 5 days. It’s Keto friendly, hits all my macros and micros, but I’ve never tried it before. Any advice? What can I expect after coming out of the fast? My macro goals are 75% fat, 20% protein 5% carbs.

Do any other moms out there have trouble making mom friends? I work (a lot) and I am already struggling with keeping house and juggling kiddos. Need encouragement
I haven't seen a lot of results, even after diet and exercise. Been doing a keto diet for 4 weeks. Lost about 4 lbs, but started seeing a plateau over the last weeks. Just need some friends to add that will help me keep at it.
