Can someone please explain the nite bar graph between total and net? Mine are so different

Those darn numbers...
Do you have to stay at/under your given daily total and any workout calories given are just extra that you don't eat? I'm very diligent and precise when logging but still tend to go over my 1440 a bit every day and I'm not losing. But never go over my 1440 plus workout calories. Any tips?

To lose 1lb a week
Ok So is this logic right? If 3500 calories is 1 pound and I'm allotted 1440 every day which equals 10080, I have to only eat 6580 a week to lose 1 pound a week?

Calorie level
I have my Fitbit attached to MFP. Do I stay under the 1440 MFP gives me or do I stay under the 1440 + what the Fitbit gives me from activity?

Realistic??
Since having my 2nd I'm having trouble losing the 88lbs I gained. Stats are 5'5", 38yrs old, 195lbs. Looking to lose 20lbs in 4 months (x-mas time) goal weight is 160 eventually. Is the 20lbs realistic? MFP says 1400 calories 1.5lbs a week. Does this sound right?

Fitbit question
So I have attached my Fitbit to MFP. Do I need to add exercise (cardio or weights for instance) into MFP or do I just rely on the Fitbit to include that in my calorie burn when I sync it?
