Calorie level

I have my Fitbit attached to MFP. Do I stay under the 1440 MFP gives me or do I stay under the 1440 + what the Fitbit gives me from activity?

    You eat the 1440 mfp gives you plus whatever adjustment it gives you from fitbit.

    How are you logging the calories in? are you doing it by weight or cups or are you guessing? are you logging everyday? everythign you eat?

    If you are using a food scale and logging using the correct entries and logging everything you eat then eat less of the exercise calories back...or give it more time.

    I don't know how long you have had your fitbit or if you have it setup correctly etc but they are not 100% accurate...nothing is.
