3 weeks on keto and i am strict to follow calorie intake, no sugar and carbs under 20g. First 2 weeks lost 6lbs and at todays weigh in up 2lbs:(. So confused what iam doing wrong! Frustrated to follow and not see results at least stay the same. Any suggestions?
5'6 and 150lbs...sedentary lifestyle want to lose 15 lbs ...around 1.5 lbs/week how do i input this? it asks me for a breakdown of fat, protein and carbs and i have no idea other than low carb diet usually is best.
