Newbie, lost 20%, working on losing a bit more while getting better nutrition
I'm coming out of a very sedentary lifestyle 10-12 hour days at the computer coupled with over drinking and overeating. Since last year, I lost 20% of my body weight through regular walking/running, no drinking, and mostly cutting out the sweets. Now I'm working on the holdout belly fat, i think another 15 or so pounds.…
