We are all on the same journey taking different roads to our health/fitness destinations. I am here for support and motivation. If I eat empty calories, but stay under my calorie limit, that might be a win for me because I eat a lot less calories than when I started. I deserve a pat on the back and so does everyone else…
I am new to the community portion of MFP. I returned to the app a month ago and I hope to meet people who share common interests. I love talking about food, health, exercises, etc... What can I say? I am very passionate about it. I am also a great listener, I love learning new things.
