Looking for good vibes

I am new to the community portion of MFP. I returned to the app a month ago and I hope to meet people who share common interests. I love talking about food, health, exercises, etc... What can I say? I am very passionate about it. I am also a great listener, I love learning new things.

    Hi hope all is well with you. I have finally found a diet that works for me. Let me tell you I started this 3 weeks ago and starting weight was 226 today I’m down to 218. Not a lot and have a long ways to go however. I have tried about 5 other diets and I didn’t loose a lbs or I would loose 2 lbs and gain it back. But not this diet I’m so excited yesterday was Easter and I cheated we had a bbq and candy. But guess what woke up stepped on the scale and I still lost a lbs. if you are interested in finding out what worked for me I would love to share it with you. Good luck on this journey would love to share with you what works for me and I know could work for you. Let me know if you want to do this together???

    You're welcome to add me, I have a lot of friends but not many that actually post and share if that's what you're looking to do. I try to be supportive especially with those that take the time to respond and post and have been posting workout videos I've been doing from YouTube (probably driving everyone crazy).
