It’s been a calendar year of logging my food and going to the gym. 50 pounds lost. The consistency has paid off.

No weight lost BUT there’s a happy ending
I weigh myself every two months and for the first time since logging in (245 day streak on MFP) I didn’t lose weight. I broke even on the scale but I’ve changed my diet (most significantly adding creatine) and lost some fat but gained muscle. And overall I still lost over 45 pounds.

100+ days / 45 pounds lost
Hit a personal goal. 45 pounds LOST. To put it in perspective is a pic of me holding a 45-pound plate! I was carrying all that extra weight on a daily basis. It’s crazy to think about. Imagine holding just 25-pound plate and thinking that’s extra weight I could lose.

100 days / 30 pounds lost
MyFitnessPal has been awesome in helping me be accountable and stay on track for the last 100 days. I’ve lost 30 lbs and feel way better, physically and mentally. And I’m still a dork, rocking my Star Wars shirt  Any advice/helpful hints I can get to maintain is much appreciated! Thanks. Peace.

Need Deadlift advice
Hey all, I started deadlifting using the hook grip technique. I like it but it feels like it’s going to rip my thumbs off. FYI: I’m trying to stay away from using straps. Any advice/help/personal experiences are welcome! Thanks. Peace.

Shoulder pain when squatting
My shoulder is tweaked. Is anyone one else having shoulder pain while squatting? I’ve considered doing front squats. Suggestions/ideas?

App newbie from South Bay
After about a year, I've been working out consistently for 2 months and just downloaded this app today (9-29-17). I've lost 10 pounds in 2 months through weight lifting and (some) dieting. Hopefully this app will keep me accountable.
