The fried Twinkie was part of an EPIC CHEAT DAY 😂

Thanks so much. It was a long grind but once I broke through and started seeing the results, going to the gym and staying on track became easier, not harder.

Just posting my progress to monitor myself, stay accountable, and provide a little bit of inspiration. Thanks 🙏🏻

Haha! Yeah, we definitely have to apologize to our joints!

Lost 49 pounds as of 3/21/18. The journey continues...

Oh nice. Yeah, you’re definitely on track. Congrats!

Thanks!

Thanks for the compliment. I just try to leave calories “on the table” and try to stay in around a 500 caloric deficit. Doesn’t happen every day but that’s the goal.

Awesome! Good luck! This app really helped me stay accountable. Hopefully it’ll do the same for you.

Thanks man!

UPDATE: 120 days / 43 pounds lost. Hit my weight loss goal. Now time to set a new goal!

Yeah, I started with the alternating grip but felt like I was losing some strength. Just by switching to hook grip I’ve added 20 lbs to my deadlift... Even though it feels like it’s going to rip off my thumbs haha! And I’ve used the hexbar but personally don’t like it as much as the traditional straight bar.
