I just started this thing about a week ago and am getting into it,
I'm looking for some positive people to make friends with that help me stay positive.
i'm doing the DASH diet for now along with going to the gym every other day, or atleast 4 times a week.
So please leave me comments, add me, give me some good motivation! it would be so much appreciated.
