Hi Everyone! Been doing modified Atkins for the last month and I'm switching to CKD for the anabolic effects. I'm getting ready for my first big carb day and I was curious as to what your favorite low GI (and even high GI) carb meals (rice, sweet potatoes, etc.) are.
