Keto "cheat" foods

Hi Everyone!

Been doing modified Atkins for the last month and I'm switching to CKD for the anabolic effects. I'm getting ready for my first big carb day and I was curious as to what your favorite low GI (and even high GI) carb meals (rice, sweet potatoes, etc.) are. I'm looking forward to my Power Cakes! :smile:

    Pancakes
    Pizza
    Burgers and fries
    Desserts/sweets
    Toasted sandwiches
    Cereal
    Fruit and yoghurt

    (I usually make stuff at home for higher carb days so I can also stick to lower fat. None of it is cheat food though - it all is made to fit my calories )
