Water weight
I officially started dieting Friday and upped my water intake more than I really ever have. I am down 2.8 lbs as of today. I don’t feel as bloated. But I’m assuming this is water weight or simply not as much food being in my body like intestines LOL. I just can’t see me losing “real” weight that fast. Thoughts?

It’s going I think
Water is over 64 oz a day. Calories are under 1700. But my fat intake isn’t low enough. I’m just on day 3. I’m trying to do it slow and steady. I think to fast will be easy to gain back for me.

I need to lose at least 50 lbs. I have started drinking water all day. Cutting out chocolate. I’d rather just have a candy bar than food or skip eating altogether. I’d even eat a gummy vitamin over food at times and yet I’m huge. PCOS doesn’t help. I took Paxil almost 2 years and gained 50lbs in less than 3 months. Stopped…
