It’s going I think

Water is over 64 oz a day. Calories are under 1700. But my fat intake isn’t low enough. I’m just on day 3. I’m trying to do it slow and steady. I think to fast will be easy to gain back for me.

    Slow and steady is the way to go. Small changes that you can stick with are key.
