Has anyone had success losing wt and still drinking diet soda? I'm not a big fan of water.

Eating less than daily calorie goal?
Has anyone ate less than their daily calorie goal and lost wt faster, or has it slowed it down. Just curious cuz I seem to have quite a bit of calories left at the end of the day especially when I workout.

Looking for some fitness pals to help keep each other motivated! I used this app before and got very close to my fitness goal, however started nursing school and the stress of the program had me gaining all the wt I lost back on. So here I am again!! Lol
