Almost There !!!
I have lost 20 lbs in 4 months .I am down to 205 from 225 .I still have a little more to go to be at 180 lbs.I am happy with my progress as i went to a size 38 to 36.

Is my diet correct?
My diet is preety simple. I eat around 1500 - 1600 calories per day. I eat healthy almost everyday and try to avoid eating too many carbs and sugary things. My concern is that if i eat a small amount of cooked rice (White Basmati) everyday that fits my calorie and macro requirment ? Will that affect my weight loss Journey…

5 pounds per month
I have lost only 5 pounds in a month .I weight 208 lbs currently.I eat 1500 calories in a day approximately.I go to the gym 3- 4 times a week . Is that good or bad progress?
