Meal timings - are they important ?
Will it make a difference if I eat small and regularly, say every two hours? Or shall I continue to eat meals fairly spaced out. I'm also exercising most days, so I'm trying to figure out whether to do fasted workouts in the morning, or eat first. I want to lose weight relatively fast so I'm not eating processed food. Also…

CARB CYCLING???
Can anybody help me out here ... I'm on healthy eating at the moment before I hit the gym hard I need to get to grips with my food first.. I just can't get my head around it? Carb cycling.. and counting macros?? ... Sorry to be vague but any help is much appreciated !!! X
