Have a bottle to hand - I keep mine with me (when I remember to fill it up in the morning) and I just have that throughout the day. It is hard to stay hydrated, but it helps with keeping my skin clear, and personally I feel less groggy if I’m getting enough water. Best of luck to you!

I would say slow and steady. (Personally) But be prepared to use all of your persistence and patience. Keep up the great work!

Make sure you’re eating enough to sustain the deficit but not too much to gain or maintain, work out if your goal is realistic. Try to eat little and often to stave off the cravings! It’s so much easier when you get into a routine. You can do this! Feel free to add me for some support! You have the POWER!

Hi! Sorry to jump on your post here but I am also struggling. I am eating in a calorie deficit every day. (Under 1,700) swimming, running, and Zumba-ing every week. I would say I have an active lifestyle, yet I am stuck in a rut. My thinking is I am at a plateau. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, GO YOU! 6 lbs is an achievement in itself. What you described above happened to me! I moved and just stopped, had a rest but before I knew it I was back where I started. The excuses started to flood my brain 'I'm tired' 'I'll do it tomorrow' don't let it happen to you!!! It will be so worth having a plan- if…

Personally this wouldn't work for me as I like to be either completely healthy, or not healthy at all there is no point in this for me, as it would be two steps forward & one step back. It's all in the mentality. Saying that everyone is different.. right?

I'm working on making my life a bit more healthier to, by doing it slowly it should benefit you -as the transition will be easier than cutting it all out completely I reckon. Here's hoping you can stay committed! Good luck

YES! -once you are in control of it, it won't be so much of a temptation! It's important to allow yourself a little treat here and there I reckon, just my opinion. -otherwise you're more likely to crash under the intense longing for that sweet sugary stuff... but yes.. It does get easier!!!
