I did Walking away the pounds DVD with Leslie Sansone. She said that you burn 100 calories per mile, I googled this. A brisk walk is 2 miles with Leslie. On my fitness pal a 2 mile walk is 79 calories. Leslie warms up with stepping and leg lifts. Later it is more intense with stretchy bands and cools down stretches.

My goal is 10000 steps a day. I did 5032 today.
