Keto & intermittent fasting
I was wondering if others are doing Keto with intermittent fasting? Also what are you drinking during the fasting periods? I a really just sticking to water ATM.

One meal a day
Anyone else doing OMAD, I have been doing this for the last month and a week. I have been feeling great. I did a three day fast over thanksgiving, and am currently on 52nd hour of my 2nd extended fast. Would love to hear other people's experience, also feel free to add me!

Any other late or overnight shifters?
I usually work a 6pm-6am shift, my shifts can drag by generally due to lack of contact with others. I used to eat a lot to break the monotony, and only eating once a day it seems to make the shifts drag. I find it really amazing how much I used food, and am glad even if it feels like my shifts are longer. Anyone else have…
