I strive for 80% fat, 15% protein, 5% carbs daily, usually come close. Carbs are usually green vegetables, about 50g or so. I use the gross carb number not deducting dietary fiber. Well don't bring it up if you don't want, order a steak with butter on the side no one will guess your on a diet. Just try to make sure you keep track of the protein. Usually it's been pretty easy to eat out Keto, just there are some things I like that I have to stay away from.

I usually listen to podcasts fasting talk, 2 Keto dudes, and various ones of the like. I fortunately don't eat at work to often nowadays. I do feel you with the loss of sleep, it is hard to sleep in the day. During my days off I try to keep my normal schedule.

I workout early in the am as well and have not had the same experience, but we are all different. I eat one meal a day 5-6pm (Keto). Everyone is different so you may have to take in some calories even if this breaks your fast, but perhaps this is a sodium issue. Perhaps you can try taking in some sodium in water 45-30 or…

You can always add butter, I use Kerry gold, but have used organic salted butter as well. Heavy cream can be added to various things as well.

I had a great holiday I actually fasted from Wednesday night to Saturday afternoon, when I broke fast I ate my thanksgiving dinner, was not too bad was a bit high on my protein for my normal stats but not that bad, carbs & fat were in order. I am eating once a day, also eating a Keto diet. I had been great so far, right now I am 32 hours into my 1st extended fast, other than my mouth tasting awful it's been going great.

Don't know if I am fitting everything in but I am taking a multivitamin & magnesium just before eating. My meals have consisted of 80% fat, 15 % protein, 5% carb My go to meal: is 6 eggs 2 pieces of bacon, 4 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 cup of spinach, 2 cups broccoli, 60g of macadamia nuts.
