Good workout plan for a beginner
Hi I'm a 20 year old male just joining the gym for the first time tommorow and wondering if anyone can send me a simple routine preferably 4/5 days a week for the first 4-6 weeks. Many thanks.

5'7 62kg skinny fat. Any advice greatly appreciated
