5'7 62kg skinny fat. Any advice greatly appreciated

Any workout advice greatly appreciated. Thinking of doing

3 exercises per major muscle group chest,arms etc (2 for smaller traps etc)
3 sets of 10 then do a 1 rep max

Day1 chest&shoulders
Day2arms&back
Day3 legs
Day4chest&arms

Thoughts? Am I starting it right or have i fooked it up as my fellow countryman Conor McGregor might say?!
