Good workout plan for a beginner

Hi I'm a 20 year old male just joining the gym for the first time tommorow and wondering if anyone can send me a simple routine preferably 4/5 days a week for the first 4-6 weeks. Many thanks.

HASFIT have some great workout plans both for in the gym and at home (all free). www.hasfit.com
Also worth maybe speaking to the gym, most memberships normally include them drawing up some sort of training plan for you.

Hasfit.com is awesome they have some great programs for free. They have a 30 day weight training program as well.1

Strong Lifts is often recommended on the forums. It's a free phone app, too. And also check out the mfp forums for bodybuilding and for fitness- there are some incredibly knowledgeable people lurking there!1
