Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reduce calories daily. I have reached a plateau after losing 24 pounds and I cannot lose any more weight. I keep trying to reduce calories but one day I do well and the next day I do not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Everyone, I just joined MyFitnessPal and I am loving it. I have lost 24 pounds but now I have unfortunately stopped losing weight on a low fat (30% or less ) diet plan. I must increase my daily exercise and decrease my calorie intake. MyFitnessPal is helping me to do this but it seems some days I reach my calorie goals…
