New to MyFitnessPal

Hi Everyone, I just joined MyFitnessPal and I am loving it. I have lost 24 pounds but now I have unfortunately stopped losing weight on a low fat (30% or less ) diet plan. I must increase my daily exercise and decrease my calorie intake. MyFitnessPal is helping me to do this but it seems some days I reach my calorie goals and other days I overeat. I am trying to eat more protein, drink more water and eat more low calorie vegetables. Does anyone have any suggestions or is someone else also dealing with this problem? Thanks for your time.
