Going to lift weights for the first time at planet fitness tomorrow. I'm looking for a simple set list I can follow and do 3 or 4 days a week. Can someone please help me. I'll look up how to do the exercises.

I eat the majority of my calories at dinner. I'm kinda tired of what I've been eating. I don't mind eating the same thing everyday. The calories for the dinner should be around 1000 calories.
