Need weight routine for first time lifting.

Going to lift weights for the first time at planet fitness tomorrow. I'm looking for a simple set list I can follow and do 3 or 4 days a week. Can someone please help me. I'll look up how to do the exercises.

    To be honest, as a raw beginner I would ask someone there to show you a circuit of the weight machines (they may be set up in a row). Should cover major body parts. If this is your first time do a set of 8-12 reps with a weight that is a bit difficult as you finish of each of the exercises. In a week or so, add another circuit of the same machines. After a couple months when you build a habit and get used to lifting look to substitute some free weight exercises for the machines.
