I am having surgery in Jan which means I can not chew solid food for few weeks and obviously not able to train, it will knock me off course. I am hoping more interaction on mfp will help keep me focused and consistent with logging my food and updating process etc
I might give this approach a go leaving a sensible amount of cals each day. I would find it loads less overwhelming I think if I filled in the bulk of it on same day. Just have to research some tasty meal prepping ideas now :)
I don't want to get much bigger on top :-O just the bottom half :)
