I am having surgery in Jan which means I can not chew solid food for few weeks and obviously not able to train, it will knock me off course. I am wondering if it is worth bulking muscle now just to lose it all. Would you just maintain the muscle you have then start bulking after been fully healed from surgery. I do not…

Filling in food diary in advance to save doing it daily
I might give this approach a go leaving a sensible amount of cals each day. I would find it loads less overwhelming I think if I filled in the bulk of it on same day. Just have to research some tasty meal prepping ideas now :)
