MFP has been a great tool as I’ve gone from 220 to 180 pounds. Unfortunately, my blood glucose is still too high. As far as I know, MFP doesn’t store or track GI nor GL info. Has anyone found an app or resource to assist with this?

Mid 60’s guy trying to overcome lifelong eating problem; too much food and more junk than my meds can overcome. Approaching retirement and now with grandkids, and with diabetes and bypass history, life expectancy is a real concern. I realize it’s a lifestyle rather than a diet.
