MFP has been a great tool as I’ve gone from 220 to 180 pounds. Unfortunately, my blood glucose is still too high. As far as I know, MFP doesn’t store or track GI nor GL info. Has anyone found an app or resource to assist with this?

i use mySugr to track fbs and post workout glucose. I don't know what the premium version does, it's pretty basic.0

Google Play is full of blood glucose tracking apps. Be sure to check for hidden sugars on food labels and learn all the names they may be called.0
