Yesterday I lost control. I have to admit - it felt good for a bit because I felt really full for a change. But I did log in all the bad stuff. My real challenge is going forward after a bump in the road and not let the one moment of bad eating affect going forward. I am going to try and eat more filling foods like salads…
Just a half week in- doing well but I feel like I'm struggling. I try to keep myself focused and busy in the evenings - which is my weak time. Would love to hear how others got through the beginning and tried to deal with and overcome weak moments.
