Getting motivated again
Hey guys. Like others have said, seeing others progress helps keep me focused. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week and weigh my food etc. I don’t want to go too crazy but want to keep diet in check and get to the gym 3-4 days a week to maintain. Looking for a little motivation. Thanks Jason
