Advocare Catalyst or other amino acid
A friend of mine swears by (and sells) Advocare products and recommended me trying their catalyst- which is an amino acid dietary supplement. I work out 6 days per week - mainly spin, horse riding, TRX and weight lifting. Curious if anyone here has any experience with catalyst or would recommend something else?

Keto means not counting calories
I’m posting this to also help settle a debate between me and another woman. When you are on keto and in ketosis you do not need to count/worry about calories since your body is switching fuel sources? OR You lose weight on keto because your CI is lower than CO?
