Fitbit
Hi, if I go for a walk do I add that to exercise or not because my fitbit is set up to keep track of my steps with mfp? I'm not sure what to do.

I lost a pound and for some reason that made my calories go up by 130..any reason why?

Protein
I do not eat meat and hate tofu and not a fan of beans. Is it bad to have 2 protein shakes a day (mixed with water or skim milk..25g protein 2g carbs) so I dont lose out?
