Logging meals ahead of time
Anybody else find it helpful to enter what your lunch or dinner will be once you know? I find it helpful. Example, if I had breakfast then enter my lunch and dinner guesses and I know I only have a 200 calorie wiggle room... much easier to say no to bad snacks and is a boost to my gym or walk motivation.
Group lunches at work
So my work has a lunch and learn that’s catered every week. Struggling to keep my week on track with this landmine of Chinese and pizza etc etc every Thurdsday! I also really don’t want to be singled out by bringing a salad... Anyone else dealing with something similar? We also have a culture of donuts every other Monday.…
