Want to lose 5 kilos in 40 days. Is it realistic?
I am a vegetarian. I eat less than 1200 cals hoping I lose weight soon. I am 75 .5 odd now.. I want to get to 70 kilos like...super boom. I drink 3l of water a day. Low salt. low.suagr, high protein and high calcium diet. Still not working. Why ?
