20 pounds in 10 weeks....
I have 20 lbs to get to my goal weight before my wedding in 10 weeks. Is this realistic? I wanna do it right and healthy i am down 15 already. my weight keeps going up and down.

I am trying to lose about 40-50 lbs. I perpare all my meals for the week and eat tons of water and veggie staying in a 1000-1200 calories diet.
